For owners — we will find a tenant

Do you own a flat in Georgia that stands empty outside the season, or all year? We will find a tenant — from abroad or from Georgia — and take the tenancy from the listing to the contract.

What we do

• a listing on rentin.ge — in English, with the rent in USD, photos and location;
• conversations with interested tenants and viewings, also on video, when you are not on site;
• agreeing the terms: rent, deposit, utilities, tenancy period, pets;
• contract, record of meter readings and the flat's condition, key handover.

What you pay, and when

You pay our fee only after the contract with the tenant is signed. Before that — nothing: neither for the listing nor for the viewings. The tenant pays no commission. The amount of the fee is set in our contract with you.

Worth knowing

• Occupancy of short-term rental flats in Batumi: 90–95 % in July and August, 20–30 % from November to March (Galt & Taggart, data for 2025). A one-year or winter tenancy fills the months when there are no tourists.
• A natural person who registers the tenancy with the Georgian tax administration pays 5 % of rental income; without registration, a tenant that is a company withholds 20 % at source (Tax Code of Georgia, as of 2026).
